The 29-year-old right-back is currently playing his club football in Denmark for FC Copenhagen with fellow countryman Libor Sionko. He started his professional career with SFC Opava before moving to Banik Ostrava in 2001 and then Sparta Prague four years later. Pospech made his international debut against Sweden in 2005 and then slipped out of Karel Bruckner's plans until returning for three Euro 2008 qualifying matches in October and November 2007.
