Frings ready for final start

Germany midfielder Torsten Frings has declared himself fit for Sunday's Euro 2008 Final against Spain.
The Werder Bremen midfielder returned for Wednesday's 3-2 semi-final victory over Turkey after missing the last-eight meeting with Croatia with a broken rib.
Frings was a half-time substitute against the Turks but believes he is ready to play a full 90 minutes against Spain in Vienna should he be required.
"Even in the game against Turkey I had to take a number of blows to my broken rib, but I didn't feel a thing," he claimed.
"I am totally ready to play again and get stuck into challenges.
"I don't know if I will be chosen but I am definitely 100 per cent ready."
